My A/C went out over the holiday week-end; Because I was in an out the apt most of the week-end it was no biggie; Late Fri, I sent management a note asking to be a priority on Mon morning when the office re-opened. Kim, who seems to work 24/7 immediately dispatched maintenance to check out the unit and when it couldn't be repaired immeditetly had a portable A/C brought over which was almost as effective as central air. I've been here about three months now so I feel as I can give a better review. I feel as if these apartments are just okay. Not the worst but not fantastic. And for the price you pay, it seems as if they could do a little better with the preparation of a unit, before the next tenant moves in. Lots of things were dirty or just broken. The one shining spot has been the maintenance team. The Monday after we moved in, I put in a maintenance request at about 6am, for about five or six things and... within about three hours, they came and fixed all of the things. I needed to put in another maintenance request shortly after and was pleasantly surprised that they came again so soon and took care of all of the issues. So kudos to them!
