Terrible experience, awful service. This apartment complex is not at all what we expected. My husband and I moved here in in August, with hopes of enjoying a quiet, luxury apartment space. We were unhappy to see that the apartment, management and maintenance have not not met the minimum expectations. There is absolutely NO quality in the apartment or treatment!! Customer service is terrible!! Management has weeks delayed response time. Maintenance does not have integrity. The office management... gave us, the tenants, incorrect address(s) and did not tell us!!! They let this go by for two (2) months without correcting or letting the tenants know. We found out we were not getting any mail after we asked USPS where our mail was. The USPS did not hold on to the mail after this time. We have lost a lot incoming mail that is unretrievable due to having the incorrect address. It was the management office that did not give us the correct address, twice. Next, the apartment is covered up with excessive paint on drawers, walls, doors; even in the tub. It has uneven cabinets and they are falling apart! This is extremely dangerous for me and for my child. An inspection needs to be done for possible humidity and lead on the walls as their are “paint drips” throughout the space. This complex has sewer roaches and other bugs. The stacked washer/dryer is from 1940s. It does not wash or dry properly. The conditions of this apartment are without a doubt extremely poor. The move- in conditions that were presented to the office during move in have not been taken care of not even after the third month since moving in. In addition, this complex is charging hundreds of dollars more than what was discussed on the lease, on extra charges. They also have issues around the complex such as consistent broken water pipes and an unattended to burnt apartments. Do not lease here!! There is nothing luxurious about this complex. I LOVE this neighborhood. In the past year or so a new office and maintenance team has come on board and they're amazing! I definitely want to own a home, but until then, can't beat Avia!

Maintenance crew passes the buck on work being performed. Live here if you like not having things completed in a timely manner or even completed at all.
The management staff is fabulous, but they are only as strong as their weakest link ( maintenance dept)

Management is easy to talk to. Maintenance are hard working good people.
