It was a complete and absolute utter atrocity. Cockroaches coming up drains, on the walls, in the shower, the kitchen. Front door did not close, it needed to be deadbolted, and the wood was rotting off around the deadbolt to the point the 'bolt' was visible when the door was closed.

The photos of the units are NOTHING like what they actually look like. Everything is coated in the classic "landlord-special" where everything gets a nice disgusting yellowed-beige glaze. There was one single light... in the entire apartment, and no ceiling fans. The shower did not work, but that was okay with me because the water from the sinks smelled sour and nasty. Unfortunately for you, that means I did not taste test it, so I cannot report on the taste!

My brand new fresh-from-the-dealer car had an attempted break-in, and the bottom of the door got bent open. The lighting in the area at night is very very low, and does not feel safe. The gate does not work, so homeless from around the area can waltz right on in.

The property isn’t maintained well, they do landscaping maybe once a month. There are cigarette buds all over, broken glass in the gravel, the dog waste areas run out of poop bags often and are not refilled quickly. They advertise amenities but the gym is locked and can only be accessed when the office is open. A lot of homeless come into the property digging in trash or sleeping in the back area.
