I love living here, very quiet neighborhood even on weekends. The neighbors are friendly and the and the maintenance is always on time. This place has security late at night as well, I am very comfortable walking around late at night if I have to. Can’t beat the price. Interiors may need some updates but they are functional. Definitely will try to renew my lease before it ends.

My family and I love living here! We have lived here for 8 years and can't imagine moving. It is so nice to be able to walk to the stores when we need something. Everything in our apartment works and it is a friendly atmosphere. The maintenance team is so fast and very kind. I have recommended friends to live here and they are happy here as well. Much more affordable then other surrounding communities.

Heads up, they will cancel your lease with almost little to no notice, they will leave you homeless an then blame you for not seeing a notice that they can’t even guarantee you will receive.

Horrible place, full of insects and roaches, very old and everything inside is broken,. My apartment smells so bad I see a lot roaches everyday start from the first day I moved. Horrible management and they don’t care about anything. Be careful when you deal with them on the phone don’t believe anything on the phone. Scary place I don’t recommended anyone to move there at all. Save your money an try to find a place somewhere else.

I think it to be something like a resort for apartments and should be treated that way regardless of your own personal messes and mistakes. Beautiful atmosphere, more to see here than most spots in Phoenix. It's like taking a little nature walk but in your own neighborhood here.
