Everyone is so helpful and friendly. It can be tough moving to a new state and getting adjusted but the whole team has been accommodating. The facility, especially the main office, club house and pool area is beautiful. There were a few issues with the apartment but they were quick to respond.

Love living at this complex. The staff is friendly and does everything they can to ensure residents enjoy the apartment and it's many amenities. The close proximity to the park and all the restaurants is great, and being so close to the freeway makes traveling for work , or fun, easy and convenient. Parking can be tough, and hopefully the staff can find a way to make that easier for everyone (without having to pay an EXTRA fee through an app).

The office is never open on time since they replaced the front staff. The customer service from these two new employees is absolutely horrible. They are extremely rude. Other than that the place is great

People don’t pick up after their pets, nor are the grounds cleaned by management. Apartment was filthy upon move in, hallway bathroom door wouldn’t lock, and my bedroom window is missing a screen. One of the living room windows is also missing a screen. Patio was very dirty and the storage closet is filthy, and even the light fixture on the ceiling is completely covered in bird droppings.
