People don’t pick up after their pets, nor are the grounds cleaned by management. Apartment was filthy upon move in, hallway bathroom door wouldn’t lock, and my bedroom window is missing a screen. One of the living room windows is also missing a screen. Patio was very dirty and the storage closet is filthy, and even the light fixture on the ceiling is completely covered in bird droppings.

Beautiful property and community, amenities are top notch! The unit is great, very spacious and comfortable. Moving in was smooth and easy, management was very helpful and very kind. Best decision I’ve made was moving here!

community is good and tolerable. However the only thing is the trash bins, they get so over filled and pieces of trash will litter the pavement. On going issue.

Awesome office personnel. Nice job. Area is nice n clean. Great place to live at. Ive been here 4 years. We love it here. We feel like management does care and are always there to listen to our concerns. You don't get that anywhere else.

I love my apartment! My neighbors keep to themselves but are kind when I approach them. My only complaint is around the dumpsters. There’s always a lot of trash spilling over or around the dumpsters. It looks a little trashy - pun intended. ?? My apartment is renovated and clean. Oh! And I just discovered the hot tub! I really enjoy living here.
