I would STRONGLY advise against it. the only thing that makes this place acceptable is the location… The security is seriously lacking, gates are broken every other week, maintenance will give your keys out to third party companies with out your permission, mail boxes are broken open. cleanliness? forget about it. trashes are constantly overflowing & blowing in the wind throughout the complex. there’s leaves & branches lining the sidewalks( except those around the leasing office of course).

The app is good its rough that there is a rent payment fee for remote pay. Otherwise this app works well, the only other thing is not being able to mute the community tab. Especially when your kind of a home body like myself.

After 6 months of living at Mountain Park Ranch, we can honestly say it has been such a wonderful experience! The community is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly family-friendly. We love the clean parks, walking trails, and all of the well-maintained amenities that make the neighborhood feel so welcoming.

So cool don’t even go to school and it was great the taco bar is amazing and trash is no problem around these parts. I have to say this establishment is very refined and meant for the best of the best.

Everyone has been so kind and helpful with moving here. My boyfriend and I were worried we wouldn’t have a place to live and they did all the paper work so fast and got us a home right away. It was a blessing
