Adiamo Palm apartments has been such a treat of an experience so far - I moved in on March 8th 2025. Eric was the gentleman who helped me check in and receive my keys and was pleasant. My apartment was very clean and the inspection walk through was passed without any problems. The apartment has upgraded blinds and you can tell the cleaning crew did a very thorough walk through. Trash seems to collect fast over the weekends in the dumpsters but other than that, it is a beautiful community and... very calm. The apartment I am in is right off of the entrance of the gate and I don’t hear much traffic noise or commotion through out the day/evening.
