Living at Ingleside apartments is a wonderful experience. The staff is exceptional. The property may not be rated as top pick by many due to its age, however, they are missing out. It is a hidden gem. You will be in one of the most luxury areas, wonderful schools nearby, close to major road ways and the airport, downtown Scottsdale and Phoenix are a quick trip from your front door. Truly a complex to brag about!!?

This is a great and safe complex. They responded well to any issues and concerns. Location is great too.

Pricing is fair but still a little high

Community itself is great. Staff, office and maintenance is amazing. Only downfall is the kids that are ride their bikes and skateboards around on the sidewalks not only between the buildings but in the parking lot unsupervised.

Our move in was great, our first night was perfect and the complex was nice and quiet. We received a lot of support from the landlords as well which we appreciate!

Overall the community is great. Its an awesome location, rent is reasonable, maintenance is quick to respond. The only issue is noise. The upper floors had carpeting when we moved in (we are on 1st floor), which drastically reduced the noise from upstairs. Now there is no carpet upstairs and the noise is sometimes ridiculous and there is nothing we can do except live with the fact that we sometimes cannot enjoy our space. Management refuses to do anything unless its after quiet hours begin. I... can hear my upstairs neighbors kids screaming and can hear the parents yelling all throughout the day/night, its not just the constant running and stomping we have to deal with... Double paned windows would also help reduce the noise from outside and help with insulation.
Overall the value is great for the price, just wish the management would have more consideration for the experience of tenants who have neighbors above them. Read More
