They listed an apartment price $200 below stated and sent me a link via email for application when I inquired then called after I paid the fees and told me they couldn’t honor their written price. Took my $250 plus processing fee. They said they’d call back next day with update but did not. Offered refund via cashiers check in the mail so I can’t apply anywhere else with that money. Now I’m seeing reviews there are roaches and of course haven’t heard back from them. I will handle pest control in... my unit if I have to but right now I just feel scammed. If you get past the roaches hope the bed bugs don’t bite. They also charged me for my move out and stopped responding when I asked what the charges were for

These apartments are roach infested. No matter what you do, or what they spray, they never go away. They're everywhere. The parking gate never works. The washers in the laundry room are always broken. I would give 0 stars if I could.
