Nurse practitioner opinion: unhealthy living environment
Do not be fooled by The newly renovated looks. This apartment is very old. The problems that usually happen with old apartments happen here. I had mold in my apartment which was never properly addressed. Toxic mold! I had my ceiling collapse in due to water damage (pics below are after they "fixed" it. There was a roof leak. The apartment smelled like mold and cigarettes. There are weird creepy neighbors. It is loud at night and early morning. Krystal at the front is nice and is the only... positive thing the apartment has going for it. They must've hired her to help hide the horrible truth.

DO NOT live here
Ever since the manager left this place has gone down hill. I have had experience with theft, with no help from management. I have had issues with ants and every month things have been breaking in my apartment. They also control the AC and some units only have an on/off switch with no temperature gage. You are better off living elsewhere. Don't let the "upgrades" fool you, this place is a dump! I can't wait until my lease is over.
