I've lived here since 2020 and this last year has been the worst! Let me start by saying if you work from home absolutely do not move here! The staff will not accommodate your time if you have to have maintenance enter. They have several times knocked on my door when asked not to. The current maintenance staff are rude and thieves. The AC and hot water are constantly going out. If you call them for the AC they just send someone to come in and put a thermometer to read the air coming from the... vent and say Well the air coming out is cold meanwhile its 78 inside. They say they'll follow up and nothing. Had my entire unit replaced and same issue. I purchased 3 evap coolers because im tired of reporting it and getting same results. Roaches off and on no matter what you do. You can see them outside. Its been reported but all they do is send someone to spray your unit or make you take everything out of the kitchen and leave your apartment all day and then few months later they're back. Used to get good service but now they make you feel like you are the problem when I know for a fact many people facing the same issue. My tub is old and was painted before I moved in it has been peeling for some time now. In order for them to resurface it, it would put me out for a day not to mention the preparation id have to do to protect my items. Guarantee I will be charged for it when my lease is up. I was planning on staying here longer but after this past year I won't. And will warn everyone I can. I've tried contacting the property management to file a complaint but no response. This is just the tip of the iceberg. There's better places to live. Stay far away.

I lived at Scottsdale 59 for 2 years and really enjoyed my time living there. I only moved because I relocated to another state for work or I would have stayed there indefinitely. Staff is super friendly and easy to get ahold of, very clean common areas, apartments are in great shape, maintenance is very attentive and keeps you updated with any repairs you need. I highly recommend it to anyone looking.

Staff rude always. They hate anytime you submit a work order. They only care about future residents and showing them their beautiful pool that they clean everyday. The office and gym is like the nicest thing here. Then when you go inside your actual home you have no running water, no air conditioning, roaches, leaking roof, you name it. I won't even go into more detail of the horrible experience it's been and not just for me I'm finally sharing a review these people deserve they are way off it.

I have been living here for a few weeks, and it's been wonderful. I'm really impressed with the apartment features, location, amenities, and upkeep, especially for the price point in this area. All the ladies in the office are so friendly and helpful, and the management and maintenance team have been quick to address any issues in the units or on the property and communicate time expectations with the residents. It may be partially because it is summer, but the whole property has been very quiet... and peaceful at all times of day, and the walls are very thick so I haven't really heard my neighbors at all. I did have one package stolen from my doorstep, but I was able to get a refund and now I use the free package concierge service, so I'm not too worried about it. Would totally recommend living here!
