Staff rude always. They hate anytime you submit a work order. They only care about future residents and showing them their beautiful pool that they clean everyday. The office and gym is like the nicest thing here. Then when you go inside your actual home you have no running water, no air conditioning, roaches, leaking roof, you name it. I won't even go into more detail of the horrible experience it's been and not just for me I'm finally sharing a review these people deserve they are way off it.

I have been living here for a few weeks, and it's been wonderful. I'm really impressed with the apartment features, location, amenities, and upkeep, especially for the price point in this area. All the ladies in the office are so friendly and helpful, and the management and maintenance team have been quick to address any issues in the units or on the property and communicate time expectations with the residents. It may be partially because it is summer, but the whole property has been very quiet... and peaceful at all times of day, and the walls are very thick so I haven't really heard my neighbors at all. I did have one package stolen from my doorstep, but I was able to get a refund and now I use the free package concierge service, so I'm not too worried about it. Would totally recommend living here! The recent reviews about the water issues are 100% accurate. For the last six months, the water has had issues on an almost daily, sometimes multiple times per day, basis. Either we have no water at all, the boiler is out or the chiller is out. When the boiler is out, you have no hot water. When the chiller is out, you have no air conditioning when it's 115 degrees outside.

Whenever the water is completely shut off, the chiller goes with it which, again, means you have no a/c. If you contact... the office to complain about this, they will get VERY angry with you for complaining.

Every time we are told the water issues are resolved, another issue comes up and the cycle repeats.

You'd be wise to avoid this place if you want to live in an apartment with running water, hot water and air conditioning on hot days. Read More

I have lived here almost 2 years and enjoyed the first for a bit until the never ending utility issues continue happening throughout the entire complex multiple times a week. We have our AC or water or power randomly shut off at least 2 times a week.

I moved into Scottsdale 59 recently from another complex in the area. It has been night and day difference. I was used to waiting 2-3 days for maintenance requests to be completed, and Scottsdale 59 had my last one completed in under 2 hours. The staff is super friendly and willing to help whenever asked. It was a welcome change from the stuffy and rude staff at my prior complex. The location is great too! It is a quiet area, but close to get into downtown Phoenix, the airport, and Scottsdale....
