Great place to live
Apartments are well taken care of constant cleaning crew on site to make everything perfect. Love this area it's so close to everything. Light rail is right in front - If you like to run your right next to the canal it's such a good running path! These apartments are so safe I never have to worry about anything like that also they are gated which is nice security too. The maintenance guys are great here and respond in a reasonable amount of time! Easy to pay rent online. It's really quiet here... sometimes you can hear the faint ring of the bells from the light rail in the morning it's really nice. You kinda forget your living downtown in these apartments they are so homie.

Lexington on Central Apartments
The Lexington on Central Apartment Complex is a easily unrecognized quiet pocket that has a lot to offer it's residents. Located conveniently in the heart of central Phoenix it is close to many great dining/shopping locations as well as to a light rail stop that is a short 15 minute ride to Phoenix's downtown entertainment district. The cost of living here is extremely reasonable and the units are very well kept and up to date. In the event of a needed repair, Lexington residents are lucky... enough to have one of the best repair men I've ever experienced in a guy named Scott. He is very good at making sure jobs get done quickly and with quality. I'd highly recommend this community to anyone looking to live in the central Phoenix area. My time there has certainly been enjoyable.

In the Heart of Central Phoenix
Lexington on Central is situated in the perfect spot. They apartments are spacious and cozy. There are plenty of pet stations, a few BBQ areas, a relaxing pool with comfy lounge chairs, separate Jacuzzi area with fireplace and more comfy lounge chairs. The property is next to a running path on the canal bank that goes through heart of the city. It is also less than 2 blocks from the light rail, just north less than a block you can grab a bite to eat at some of the best local eateries (breakfast,... lunch or dinner), another block north you can get your shopping done at AJs Fine Food and a short ride on the light rail takes you to downtown Phoenix to catch a Dbacks or Suns game. This is the best place to be in Central Phoenix!
