Counting down the days until my lease is up. Thank you Adiana for that voicemail which encouraged me to share my experience over the last almost 5 years!

I have lived at this community for several years, and unfortunately the overall living experience has declined significantly in last 1.5-2 years. The primary issue is the noticeable drop in the level of integrity and respect among residents. Rules and regulations are frequently violated, often with complete disregard for community standards.... Dogs roaming and pooping inside the pool area, bulk trash constantly being dumped by the trash compactor which I’ve seen homeless rummaging through. There’s someone who runs some sort of auto repair shop out of a rented garage so there’s constantly different people/cars coming through who don’t live here. And can’t forget the smoking when it’s a non smoking property.
Safety and security is also an issue. Gates are constantly broken. I have only witnessed onsite security a few times. And it’s usually after an event like someone’s car getting stolen.

Now…. For what inspired this review…. I’ve been dealing with upstairs neighbors who are obnoxiously loud at all hours of the day & night. I can hear them arguing, dragging furniture across the floor, letting things fall on the ground, and slamming cabinets to name a few.
I submitted several videos of noise during the day and during the night to be told they are allowed to make noise during the day. But if it happens after 10pm to send them more videos…..aka waste more of my time in attempt to get management to hold them accountable.
I just received a voicemail from Adiana stating the upstairs neighbors called to say I was banging on my ceiling (3:45pm) and essentially if I continue I’ll get a 10 day notice. (LOL y’all are bold for that one) like what? Where’s the proof? Make it make sense girl. Oh and to make sure I send them more evidence if they continue to be loud past 10pm so they can “address” it.

Overall I wouldn’t recommend living here. Unless you’re also not considerate of others and don’t mind lots of noise and rule breaking.
The area is going downhill and unfortunately so is this complex & its residents. Womp womp.

This place is not safe, and management only seems to care about getting people into leases and collecting rent. I’ve lived here for years, and it’s gone downhill fast.

- Frequent crime : Shootings at night, break-ins in both apartments and cars, and even stolen license plates.

- Broken gate, No security : The gate is always broken, allowing anyone, including homeless individuals, to enter freely.

- Residents feel unsafe : People have been followed home by criminals, making it a dangerous... place to live.

- Security is useless : Calls for help go unanswered, and when they do show up, they take a few pictures and leave.

- Not a safe place to live : If you value your safety, stay far away. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible place to live. Constantly reminded of the “no smoking” rule and “no noise during quiet hours” rule, yet there’s dog poop everywhere. Trash is constantly left around the neighborhood. Not sure why the rent is so high for such a disgusting environment.
