I lived at Acero for two years and loved it! The staff and maintenance team were amazing, always helpful and responsive. The complex is clean, modern, and reasonably priced. Great location with plenty of nearby stores and new ones coming soon. Thank you, Acero, for a wonderful experience!

RED FLAG
I personally do not recommend this apartment complex.There are ongoing issues with unit appliances that they can’t handle or gain control of. Weeks & weeks will go by with broken appliance (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, sink, toilet, shower). In some cases, concerns raised by residents were not addressed. Beautiful property, and conveniently located in a desired area of queen creek but definitely not worth the hassle. While some staff were courteous, I found the overall management approach... to be inconsistent and at times unresponsive. I believe there are better-maintained and more professionally managed options in the area. This review reflects my personal experience, and I hope it helps others make an informed decision.

Beautiful community and amazing customer service!
I recently toured with Tallie and fell in love with the community! The apartments and pool are so beautiful and Tallie was so helpful and knowledgable. I'm looking forward to moving in!
