We moved here about 10 years ago due to job transfers and here it is almost 10 years later! Our apartment had been remodeled at the time and felt brand new everything-carpeting, appliances, new paint. The Staff has always been friendly and responsive, and the two maintenance guys Danny and Mark are still here! It is set back from Oracle Rd and overall quiet.Great place to live near everything!

Beautiful Place to live by the Santa Catalina Mountains!
We moved here 5 years ago from LA and found one of the most beautiful places to live. If you love mountains this is your place. These units have been here since 1988. They are professionally managed by HSL and we have never had any problem with the staff or maintenance issues. We have found that the current staff led by Meghan are friendly and always available to talk to you. We can't say enough about our maintenance staff of Danny and Mark. They have always been attentive to our needs... whether it's changing an a/c filter or replacing something major. Yes this is not a new property. It is what we would call "seasoned" meaning there is always some maintenance service going on whether it's painting the buildings, replacing worn out parts, repaving the parking lot etc. Currently as residents move out the units are being upgraded, carpets replaced, new appliances going in. We cannot say the same about other complexes in the area as we have also toured other properties before we moved here. This is a comfortable place to live and we plan on staying for some time to come!

Gorgeous surroundings, overcharged upon moving out
Old appliances, outdated equipment, holes in floors hidden beneath carpet. Pest control does not work. Surroundings are gorgeous. Some staff are nice and friendly. Manangement is unresponsive and poor communicators. Lived there for multiple years. Charged for new carpets and additional cleaning despite having apartment professionally cleaned before moving out.

Nice until the end
Apartment complex people treat you like family up until the point that you move out. Then, you will be hit with exorbitant charges and excessive fees including carpet replacement for an apartment where you lived for 2 years.
