We have lived here over a year and have really enjoyed this area and complex. It has a great pool and spa which is available 24 hours a day. The apartments are very spacious and the complex is small enough that you get to meet your neighbors, and it’s also very quiet. The property manager here is Gisele and she is very attentive and is readily available whenever you need assistance for anything.We looked at quite a few other complexes and this was the nicest for us. I definitely would rate this... property five stars.

UNSAFE PLACE TO LIVE
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. They do not care about you or your security. They will do nothing to help you feel safe and will not work with you when you have multiple police reports from the 2 months we have lived there. 60 days notice + 3 months rent? Please do yourself a favor and move on to a safer place to live.

No privacy & noisy
My neighbor may as well live with me as I hear every conversation, cupboard and drawer close, tv, alarm clock ring...imagine the rest. Appliances loud. Constant traffic noise from nearby freeway. No ceiling fans in unit or overhead light in bedroom. Big, expensive disappointment.
