I lived at Acero Eastmark in 2 different units and had problems with opaque move-out policies both times. I was charged for vendor “professional cleaning” without clear, written standards upfront, and an early-morning move-out inspection they offered wasn’t even set up in their system, costing me work time. I escalated twice to IDM leadership: once I got a refund but no follow-through on my request for policy clarification, and the second time I paid the full $241.03, raised concerns about... transparency, and was met with a delegated, canned response and then silence. “Luxury” community that list several amenities on their website that are not built or just unavailable to residents. Gated but the gate does not work, only 25% of residents have assigned covered parking, microwave sounds like it’s an old diesel truck, apparently the electrical outlets weren’t installed correctly originally and they had to come re-wire them I’m glad the building didn’t burn down in the meantime and the worst of all there is no insulation in the walls, not an over exaggeration the... manager told me this in a voicemail. It is so bad I live on the first floor and can hear neighbors above me flush the toilet, if you’ve never been woken up at 2:30 am to the sound of a violent river rushing down your walls and don’t want to, then don’t live here. I just moved last week. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and so are the amenities that come with it. Mario has been great and I have no complaints at all.
