Two guest rooms and a full guest bath are located on the opposite side of the house for separation and privacy. Guest room #1 features a king size bed and lots of storage, guest room #2 features a queen size "fold-into-the-wall" murphy bed, a large closet, and professional office space (including an adjustable desk with professional backdrop for those who need to conduct Zoom work meetings from home). All towels, linens, and high end kitchenware are included, as well as a printer, a washer and dryer, a retractable clothesline for swimsuits, golf cart and one stall of a 2-stall garage with automatic garage door opener.
