House is Available and move in ready, listed under market rent because it has never been updated. It needs cleaning. It has some damage. The carpet is old and looks like hell. I don’t want to redo everything so I’m looking for a renter who can clean it up themselves or doesn’t mind that it’s ugly as long as they’re in tanglewood Sherwood area. If I end up doing work to the house I will be asking more rent. It’s livable and doesn’t have any unbearable smells or anything like that it’s just dated really. Which is why it’s so cheap.
