The Pointe Broadie Creek has been my home for about 8 months now. I live in the Richland floor plan which I love for its openness. It makes the space feel much larger than its square footage. No problems with security, noise or maintenance issues. In the office India and Trae are super friendly and will help anyway they can. Maintenance issues have been resolved in a timely manner. I’d recommend Broadie Creek for anyone looking for a safe, well maintained, secure place to live with great... amenities.

I’ve had a really positive experience living at The pointe brodie creek Apartments. The environment is peaceful, friendly, and well-maintained. The management team is responsive and professional, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently.
The apartments are clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the common areas are always kept in great condition. I also appreciate how safe and community-oriented the neighborhood feels — it truly lives up to its name.

I love the atmosphere here. You can take your dogs out for a walk and they even have a their very own dog park. Everyone works out at there own convenience weather their in the gym or outside walking/running. The neighbors are friendly as well. I look forward to enjoying my stay here.

I like the area it's just too much dog poop everywhere. The grounds are beautiful and the people are friendly but the poop is just over bearing.
