Great apt complex, gardening and landscaping are beautiful. Management team always responsive and helpful if you have any questions. Any issues with Apartment (very few) management/service team was very quick to resolve. I have been here for over a year and didn't hesitate to renew lease.

Living here at Brodie has been great, and it’s just a feeling you have compared to other apartment homes! The location, the staff, and the settings make it very pleasant! Being secluded with Woods all around and very peaceful nights, also makes it extremely relaxing! No place is perfect, but here you get pretty close to it!

Moved in May 2025 I’ve had a good experience living here. It’s safe and quiet for a large complex. Leasing specialist are very knowledgeable and helpful. Maintenance responds to service requests put in via the living app in a timely manner. The apartment itself has been very comfortable. I enjoy the Starbucks coffee machine and gym. The automated package concierge works great. No complaints.

I’ve loved living at The Pointe Brodie Creek! The community is beautiful, peaceful, and full of great amenities. The staff is always friendly and quick to help with anything that comes up. The apartments are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, and the grounds are always spotless. I especially love the pool, gym, and clubhouse — it really feels like resort-style living. It’s such a great place to come home to every day!
