Current resident, I think we will tough it out until our lease is up. Today while all the other apartment complex in the area are mowed areas of our grass is a foot tall with weeds. I don’t think it’s the girls upfront. I think the complex is broke, You know how those high rollers are.. Way too many nice ones to choose from here in Northwest Arkansas I wish to remain confidential..

Dont live on the 4th floor unless you want your ceiling fan to leak every time it rains. Service dept not helpful & staff is very dismissive & selective about what problems they want to resolve. Huge mold issue , hallways are always filthy , the list goes on. take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Over promised and under delivered. I’ve lived here since October 2021 and my air conditioning just went out for the 2nd time!! It took 2 weeks to fix the first time this happened and I had to submit 2 tickets plus call to find out what was happening. On top of that we went without trash service all last week, which is supposed to be a perk. So this left people letting their trash sit in the hallways. The hallways are literally never cleaned. Some days I gag walking to my unit. We have a unit with a small grass patch and they let it grow to the point that it goes up to your knee. We were told we wouldn’t have these grass areas and now I have to bring a weed eater from work just to be able to walk in it. You would think living in an apartment wouldn’t mean you have to keep a yard. There is an ungodly amount of dog poop around the property as well. They also constantly have issues with the... building to the point that the construction people come in almost weekly to do “preventative maintenance.” They trash the unit and do a minimum effort job when making these repairs.
In short, for the price of these units, I would expect much better. Read More

Buildings are unkempt, especially buildings three and four. They are only concerned about building one because that’s the building where they conduct prospective resident walkthroughs. The other buildings have an odor, scuffs on the wall, trashy in the hallways and stairwells and some of the residents are just as trashy. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else.
