There is no sence of urgency with the management and support with this complex. In my building during a 6 month time period we had 3 to 4 false fire alarms that requires emergency response. These were all system driven. Today internet/ building security is down and they have not made a response and have no ETA. When you call to talk with support you are the burden. Too many options to choose this one!

Great Experience
I recently toured Crystal Flats and I had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were friendly and knowledgeable. The tour was thorough, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern amenities the complex offers. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and come with everything I need for comfortable living. I also loved the community features like the fitness center and the outdoor spaces. The overall vibe of the complex is... welcoming and peaceful. I’m excited about the possibility of calling this place home!

Great location!
You can't beat the location of Crystal Flats. We have really enjoyed our time here. Maintenance and management are very proactive and all of our requests are addressed almost immediately. We also love all of the events and amenities at the property. Looking forward to many years to come.
