Moving into Vlux Madison was an ease from the initial contact to the move in day. The layouts of the homes maximize space & function. Very safe & quiet neighborhood. The pool area is relaxing. Having a little private backyard is such a welcoming benefit so you feel as if you’re in more than a rental community. The office staff is quick to respond & is very friendly. The maintenance man is professional & prompt… no waiting for a simple repair or assistance. Looking forward to the competed... community!

Amazing Decision!

This is just what I have been looking for. More space, less cost. During my tour I was impressed with the layout and the amount of square footage, compared to what I seen around. I love the area, quiet and secluded. I'm looking forward to being part of the VLux community.

Loved it!
My tour at VLux Madison exceeded my expectations. The office staff, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, answering all my questions with patience. The inside of the home’s itself was impressive with a spacious layout, modern fixtures, and private backyards. The amenities were top-notch, from the fitness center, yoga studio, work stations, and resort style pool with a hammock and lounge area. We are so excited and can’t wait to move in.
