I've chosen an apartment with a bathtub. About a month later,after moving in, paint started to flake off the inside of the bathtub. I reported it to management. After that, maintenance started coming into my apartment in my absence. Without letting me know. They covered my entire bathroom in white dust, and the air smelled of acetone. They came,probably ,5 times, and each time they reported that everything was done well. And each time it only got worse. Today, there are scratches on the bottom... of the bathtub and the paint is smeared on the sides. It is dangerous to use such a bathtub and it needs to be put in order.

Things are much better. I have not smelled marijuana in a while. Thank you.
Only thing i have noticed that may need to be addressed is the pet waste. People are not picking up their pets waste.

So far so good! Staff has been helpful and friendly. Facilities are great. Neighbors and neighborhood is good too. The rooms are cozy and great quality.

The foundry is a very nice place to live. Very close to a lot of places in Huntsville. A lot of maintenance issues, but other than that really no problems.
