The Foundry is a wonderful apartment and a great location. I greatly enjoyed living here. My only complaint was with my neighbors and their guests. There are very affordable apartment options here, which on one hand is great, but on the other it brings in types of people who don't care about the property or those around them. The mail room was often packed and hard to use at times. In the summer the pool area is very loud and crowded, I would not recommend living by the pool. Over all I give the... Foundry as a whole an 8/10 and enjoyed living here!

I have dust all over the bathroom countertops and the duct inside the closet doesn’t attach to a vent so it just blows dust and fiberglass from the inside of the closet out into the kitchen and rest of the apartment. I was told it would be repaired but once I renewed my lease I was told there’s was nothing that could be done. So I now have been living with all the dust with my pets praying we don’t get a terminal illness from breathing drywall dust for the last year and a half.

I enjoy living here. It’s peaceful! The Foundry has a perfect location. We have the new FoodCity, which includes Starbucks. We also have a couple of restaurants. I don’t really have to crank my car. This is a wonderful place.
