I couldn’t ask for a better property manager. He cares, is kind, and is always helpful. Living in an apartment with a property manager that has those qualities makes living there much more worth it. The appliances are fabulous and there’s so much room for storage. I highly recommend living here!

From the moment we arrived, we could tell that this place takes pride in its upkeep – the community is incredibly clean and well-maintained. But what really made our visit special was the outstanding service we received from Brooke, one of the leasing agents. She went above and beyond to ensure we found exactly what we were looking for. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care made all the difference. I would give her 10... stars if I could! I looked at many apartments before deciding on Highfield Madison!! I’m so glad I moved here. I feel safe, at home, and part of a community of all ages. I even hosted a wedding shower for my daughter-in-law to be in the Resident Lounge area and had plenty of room.

The Highfield Maintenance team is top notch and very responsive due to Doug the team lead. He ensures work orders are completed quickly and has a deep concern for the tenants and their comforts. Regardless of the time of day there is a quick response.
Will, a maintenance technician is outstanding and quick to respond to work orders. He is dedicated and stays on the job until complete. He has a strong desire to make sure tenants are satisfied.
