Lakeside Residence is a great place to call home. We have lived here for almost a year. The house is two story with 2 1/2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Brand new washer and dryer with a two car garage. This is a quiet neighborhood located in the heart of Madison, Al. Lakeside is near shopping at Cliff Farms and Madison Hospital. Great place for a long walk in the evenings or early mornings. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The amenities include a beautiful pool and workout room and... maintenance that is attentive and always on the spot. Curbside trash pickup on Fridays …. Some evenings here include “Sips and Snacks” for residents and holiday decoration contests! It’s all here at Lakeside. Definitely would give 20 stars for Lakeside Residence!

New Construction
If you’re looking for a newer home and you’re new to the area. I highly recommend Lakeside Residences. The staff has been great since day 1 and made me feel at home from their presence and showing of the area. It’s very peaceful in the day and at night. The area itself is nice and access to a lot of store and restaurants.
