My husband and I have lived here for nearly a year with our son. You could not pay me any amount of money to recommend this place to anyone. It reeks of weed 24/7, the lawn patches are always trashed, the fire alarms go off constantly because of people smoking in their apartments and it comes through the air vents making your apartment also smell like weed! Isn’t that great, having guests come over and your home smelling of skunk! Any holiday or long weekend you can bank on the students bringing... in a crowd and parties to take over the pool, court yard, and balcony there’s no such thing as a respected shared space here. If you tour during the summer, don’t let it fool you because they subsidize to the A&M students during the semester. Get ready to live like you’re in a dorm room. Unsafe! Hallway gates are broken , very few if any cameras, management has brokered a deal with A& M college to place students in apartments over half of the complex is students now! Trash everywhere, noise late at night, ect. If you are over 25 you will be miserable here.

The truth about living here:
Loud parties, trash everywhere, vandalism, the smell of pot permeating the corridors and inside your apartment, POLICE having to be called for disturbances all hours of the night, homeless on the property because the "gates" have been vandalized and do not lock. I am so disappointed because this was supposed to be a "luxury apartment complex" and it is anything but that.

These luxury apartments are being used as college dorms. It’s the worst places I’ve ever lived. I highly recommend you do not choose to move here.
