Love the Garage

I've had a great experience at 1589! Our townhouse is neat, practical, and very modern! I haven't had any negative experiences since my roommate and I moved in. The office staff has been helpful, and any work order requests were addressed very quickly. We love our garage and the space we can get at the price offered.

Great Place to Call Home in Huntsville

Great Property Management!

This community has excellent property management! Work orders and other inquiries are addressed and completed in a timely manner. The attached garage, updated kitchen appliances and balcony add a special touch to our unit. The property management shows initiative and effort to make 1589 Residences more than a the complex by building community with seasonal events, contests and goodies. We renewed our lease without hesitation!

Easily One of Huntsville’s Hidden Gems

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The leasing staff is professional, approachable, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns.
One thing I really appreciate is how well the property is maintained common areas stay clean, and the overall environment feels safe and comfortable. Maintenance has been consistent and timely, which is something that really matters when choosing where to live. It’s also a great balance between a quiet, relaxing environment and being close to... everything around Huntsville.
