These units are being advertised as luxury, they are not, they are cheap new construction. I haven’t had a restful sleep since moving in and I’m counting down until my lease is up because a person cannot comfortably live here. Cheap appliances, no ventilation, small showers, thin walls, door locks aren’t even put on straight. Advertised as having air conditioning which is a lie, there’s a wall unit in the kitchen but it cannot reach any other rooms, they are low power and only made for open... spaces. Management does not care, as if we aren’t paying for “luxury” basic amenities. I have thermometers in each room. Kitchen can be freezing 60 degrees while bedrooms are 75-80. I’ve been here for a few months, management is responsive to all my emails and helpful whenever I need. I love that these are newly built, everything is clean including the gym, and since they are a family business they actually care about their residents and look to fix any issues.

these are right off of 41 and are right on the golf course. the pool is huge and the fitness room has nice new equipment. they also built a fenced in area for dogs which i have never seen another apt do.

Move in and move out is very impersonal. They don't have a person meet with you, you let yourself in when you move in and leave keys on the counter when you move out.
The description states Lucky's is within walking distance of the apartments but that's only if you want to risk your life by walking on County U ( 55 MPH speed limit). I was told when I moved in (2023) that County U would be lowering the speed limit to 35, its still 55.
Walls are paper thin, I could hear my neighbors'... conversations through the walls like they were standing in my apartment.
