This company is full of rats and roaches, and yes I mean the people. They charged us hundreds of dollars for moving out over so many things that we could not fix or clean, nor should we have been charged for many others. They have horrible response to emergencies, the charge for ANYTHING to be fixed in the unit. Including changing your lock combo. This establishment is a false facade. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet expectations. We know how frustrating move-out charges are, especially during an already stressful transition.
Security deposit deductions are determined based on the condition of the unit at move-out... and the terms outlined in the lease agreement. All findings are documented with supporting photos, and we’ve also provided a link to the inspection report for full transparency. We previously offered to go over the charges in detail, but did not receive a response to that outreach.
We also maintain a 24/7 emergency line so residents always have access to assistance when situations arise. Standard repairs and equipment-related service requests are never charged. Fees are only applied in specific situations such as misuse, neglect, or certain special requests. For example, there is a fee for changing lock codes, which helps maintain building/apartment security and allows our team to remain focused on higher-priority service needs across the community.
