Going to Grad School at the University of Whitewater and Waters Edge was referred to me by a professor. The apartments are away from all the chaos from the university apartments. Neighbors are mature and the managment really takes care of the residents. Internet and TV are included in the rent which is a nice savings. When it snows, I park in the undergound parking garage until all the snow is removed. They do a good job removing the snow and ice.

Highly recommend
This is the nicest apartment complex in Whitewater by far. Great location too! Quiet place to live with a beautiful view and only a few minutes from downtown area.

Love the view!!
Very perfect location for apartments! The view from my patio is great. It is very quiet and the people are very friendly! Have no complaints about maintenance- they respond quickly!
