Horrible since new owner, Focus. Many fees, gas is not included as listed. Feel like they want me out because I am an old tenant. Never had issues prior. I have lived here almost 5 years and loved it. No maintenance or management on site.

This apartment complex charges fee's for everything. 25.00 per month maintenence fee. Service fee to pay the utilities monthly. Account service fee 14.99 to set account to pay utilities. No manager on site. No microwave in unit. Expect to pay much more per month than expected.

I just moved in but i have already been made to feel at home. The property manager and staff have been excellent!!! I have met some wonderful neighbors.....all in all this seems like a most pleasant place to live.....thank you so much Evan for your efforts to make this a desirable place to live.

About 3 plus years this location was given to me by an organization called " A place for Mom." Checked it out on MapQuest and liked the location and surroundings. Lake Michigan, the Y, located between two towns, schools, hospitals, parks. The apartment I chose is back of the building facing the wood, where I can enjoy the peacefulness of nature. The apartment itself is very comfortable, the colors are light and cheerful, and always taken care of should there be a problem, or something just... needs to be fixed. Hallway and laundry room is always kept very clean and in good working condition. There are two managers on the premises, one for office etc.and one for maintenance. Both very helpful. There is also a playground and a Community Centre, when you want to meet your neighbor. So when you are looking for an apartment, I would highly recommend to check these out with all they have to offer.
Personally I know when my lease is up, God willing, I will sign up for another year because these apartments are like a home. Read More

I really am enjoying my first time living in what I call the city. I have lived in the country my whole life and was a little worried. Very quiet and the people are VERY nice and respectful here. I am in a one bedroom and they are VERY spacious.
