I recently moved in. I saw some mixed reviews online about these apartments. I can honestly say I’ve had a great experience here so far, from the management/property manager to the construction team taking care of things right away. The price is fair also. I like the amenities of the clubhouse, pool, and basketball court. I think if you’re considering moving here, I think you should take a tour of the property and don’t base your decision just on reviews. So far, so good. Great job, focus... property management team!!

Bugs and disgusting
Nothing about this are is nice. It’s filled with German cockroaches and the walls are paper thin. You’re better off living in a box.

Awful all around
The walls here are so incredibly thin, and same with the floors. I can hear my neighbor talking through the wall in my bathroom and bedroom. I can hear their footsteps at 1 in the morning. Disregard quiet hours because nobody listens to that anyway. The property management is in Green Bay so good luck trying to get someone to help you with any issues you come across. I had 2 smoke alarms going off at different times for weeks (still is) without a fire. What a ridiculous amount to pay for rent... for such a low quality unit.

Poor Management
Was great until the complex got bought by focus. They are useless and don’t live up to their promises mission statement. Once you sign that lease and they get their money, they no longer return calls in a timely fashion. They aren’t personable once you sign that lease. The pool and fitness center aren’t secure because they can’t nor care to figure out the fob situation so just anyone from anywhere can walk in and use the amenities. It’s extremely frustrating when you pay for these amenities and... just anyone can use them. I will say even though the maintenance guy, Brian can be a jerk and isn’t personable he is very responsive and responds to requests quickly. The laundry facilities are always a mess and the carpet in the hallways are filthy.
