My boyfriend and I have lived in this apartment complex for the last 3 years and it has been perfect for us! You really won’t find a better spot in Sussex area for the price and quality. The location is very ideal, many restaurants and grocery stores nearby along with a short drive to the freeway. We’re moving into a house but would’ve been glad to stay here for much longer.

I moved to Sussex in October for my daughter to start a new school and have heard such great things about Sussex school district. I looked at several apts and am so glad I chose Maple Grove. Everyone here is so kind and helpful. My apartment is very spacious for the 2 bedrooms that I looked at in the area. So happy here.

I have found Maple Grove to be the best apt living experience I’ve had yet. This is my 3rd apt and I plan to stay here until I buy a house. Love it

I stopped in yesterday to Maple Creek Apts and met with Katie. I was looking for a two bedroom apt for May and she had nothing available but she was so kind and helpful, still showed me a brochure and explained everything about Maple Creek. I was just impressed with the customer service I got and I wanted to make sure to put a review in, I will definitely be keeping this apt complex in mind for next year. ????
