I have lived here for 2 years. I have never had any issues with any of my neighbors or any of the management or maintenance team. Everything is kept up with and any issues reported are immediately addressed.

I've lived at Apple Valley now for 11 years. I was away for 10 years and moved back in 2015. Prior to that I was living here for eight years. Prior to that I lived in the apartments and the townhouses. It really is home for me. I work close by, it's quiet safe,and convenient. The rent is very reasonable when compared to other properties in Menomonee Falls for a two bedroom one bath apartment. I've always found the maintenance department to be very responsive to any concerns and needs and the... property manager Christy has always been very approachable and responsive to any concerns. I would highly recommend Apple Valley if your looking for a beautiful place to live in Menomonee Falls.

I've been living here for just over 2 years and I couldn't be happier. I love my Townhhome. It has so much space. You can't beat the location. Everything is just so close but it's still very quiet and private. The property manager, Christy, is very nice and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I've had. Maintenance requests (hardly any) have always been addressed within a day. I love that they offer complimentary carpet cleaning. It's a nice perk. So is the fitness center!... Also, they do a good job around the property with overall preventative maintenance (outside windows, powerwashing, a/c units, parking lot). I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to rent.
