Much of the electric has been updated and has many amenities such as garbage disposal, dishwasher, Stove and refrigerator that... are only a couple years old. This unit has central A/C which you can see in the pictures. The furnace has a xenon UV light that reduces virus' and allergens in the air. It is an expensive addition and was installed for an elderly woman who required the extra protection. All lower cabinets have pull out racks for easy access and there are many more amenities. The hardwood floors are all refinished and are absolutely beautiful. The dining room chandelier and ceiling sconse really take one back in time.
