Live here about 1 full month and have really enjoyed all of the amenities and especially the neighborhood. I can walk to all my necessities, if only I could walk to work!

I just moved into Parterre at Emerald Row, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff has been incredibly friendly and made the whole move in process smooth and stress free. The apartment itself is bright, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space and high quality finishes that make it feel instantly like home. The building is also very well kept, and the common areas are beautiful and relaxing. I... love how walkable the surrounding area and how it has everything I need is close by, and it already feels like a comfortable community to be part of. Even in the short time I’ve been here, I’ve felt very happy and at ease. Overall, moving into Parterre at Emerald Row has been a great experience, and I’m genuinely excited to call this place home.

The staff here is amazing, they were so helpful with guiding me through the process of getting my apartment and the cleaning staff is always so polite and keep the building clean.

Overall I have had mostly a positive experience living here. It’s a great area with nice walking paths and I love all the community events. The onsite office staff and maintenance are quick to respond and take concerns appropriately.
