it’s been a great experience. The management is responsive, maintenance is quick, and the building is always clean. The location is convenient with shops and public transit nearby. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable place to live.

Concierges we’ve met so far are all awesome & a breath of fresh air, but the managing staff seems like they have their hands full and don’t have much time to address all of our move-in questions. There are a couple glaring issues in the unit that need some fixing, but they have an easy maintenance submission app and maintenance seems friendly. Move-in process was quick and easy, they updated the club room since we toured and it looks very nice. The few issues that we have can be easily addressed... & we’re excited to be here

The unit and building is really nice. We had a bunch of issues and inconsistencies with the move in process and the physical condition of the unit though.

The leasing office and concierge went above and beyond to make sure my move went smoothly. They checked in multiple times throughout the day to make sure i was attended too and to check if I needed anything. Also welcomed my pups to some treats!
