It's nice living here. The apartments are nice and has abundant natural light and the common areas are very clean and the staff is extremely helpful. The lounge area is a nice touch.

Love the accommodations from the 8th floor to the concierge service, they really make life much easier. Maintenance team are very responsive and my favorite would be the monthly events. Staying at the Moderne is the absolute downtown living experience!
