It’s nice to know you are listened to and to be in a building that cares about the little things. The office manager Kiera does this for tribute and you can tell she actually cares, unlike most other complexes I’ve lived in. She does extra stuff like holding events and party’s, and that makes it feel like a close knit community. Not to mention Zach who does the maintenance is amazing and gets things done with a smile and great customer service. It’s been a very enjoyable experience here- I’m in... year four too!

Unbelievably poorly built
In 6 months living here I have had more issues than everywhere else I’ve lived in my entire life combined. The build quality is horrendous. Cut corners everywhere possible and it definitely shows. Only positive I will say is the maintenance is quick. Not that it matters much since we just have to submit more requests when the next thing breaks within a week. The leasing office is less than friendly and overbearing. Warning people not to let their dogs go to the bathroom on…grass…for example.... Overall verdict, don’t waste your money. Find a better option.
