You seriously could not ask for better Concierge and Maintenance staff. Wish I could say the same about the Property Managers. The Not So Good: As a converted building, there are understandably some "growing pains" (ie. soft spots in floor, windows that leaked that had to be fixed, TVS on treadmills where audio doesn’t work, etc.) What is not understandable, is blatantly ignoring or not responding to emails from residents, and lack of information and updates regarding repairs. Also, mgt does... special offers such as “$1000 off rent or 6 months parking free” but then loses track of residents’ decision, so would suggest saving any/all emails so you have everything in writing. The Positives: All in all, it is a very nice, quiet, secure, building in a very convenient location to downtown and freeway access. They also do a good job of providing resident activities and trying to build the community. However, given the number of other new apt buildings going up in the relatively near proximity, I would expect a level of service more accurately reflecting the higher rent prices before moving here again

The trangle building is hiting all good points about mill town your music fest thats in walking distant you have all good dining sports around the corner and the river walk only couple blocks away . Patricia Frelix 414 940 0737
