this is the worst apartment you can live in. the elevators have been broken since I moved in. The management is not great. if you like looking at pet waste in the building it's the best apartment for you to live in. I am counting down the days until I can move

While utilities are included and the rent is relatively affordable for a downtown location, the ongoing maintenance issues and overall management of the building are unacceptable.
I have lived here for over a year, and during that time only one elevator has been operational for approximately seven months. Most recently, there was an entire week with no functioning elevators at all. For an eight-story building, this is a significant and ongoing problem.
Additionally, the cleanliness of the... building has noticeably declined. Residents regularly smoke in the stairwells and leave cigarette butts behind. There is also a consistent issue with residents not picking up after their pets in the outdoor areas. These problems are not being adequately addressed by management.
While the price and included utilities are appreciated, the lack of reliable elevator service, poor cleanliness, and insufficient oversight make the current living conditions unacceptable.

I fell in love with this apartment, the price, and its location.
The only downside is there are no downsides.
Management is easy to work with and respond within a day.
The electric stove top was awesome along with the garbage service and hot water.
Do your part as the tenant and keep the place clean and there shouldn’t be much to complain about.

Maintenance would never fulfill my requests, but instead just close them and mark them as complete without ever stopping by. Had broken AC and no stove light for an entire year lease. Elevators were broken or just wouldn’t come to the requested floor for like 5 minutes but the stairs were locked so you couldn’t even use stairs. Packages were stolen, amenity fee for 0 amenities besides a gym. Honestly do not recommend living here until things change.
