The picture may seem like a nice area to live, but don’t let it full you! There’s holes everywhere inside the apartments. These apartments are infested with mice!!!! The maintenance is horrible and the people in the office are worst! I had to talk to one of my neighbors because he had the same problem with mice. I moved in March of 2025 and I’m still having this problem. Nobody should be having to live with mice running around your home!!! Let me not forget the raccoons next to the garbage cans.... Horrible place to live

Poor Customer Service
Attempted to call to schedule a showing the lady on the phone was rude and refused to show me a unit stating that it was unavailable for showing but available for rent.

don’t live here
Lived with the company 2 years and neighbors are HORRIBLE. I called to complain about people in the building i lived in and the office couldn’t do anything about it. Bathroom always smelled like sewer and basement laundry room always flooded and ruined my property in my storage unit. Now they expect you to have renters insurance. No way. Paying all that rent and then have to pay for renters insurance. It’s so not worth it living there.

Southgate
The staff is horrible at getting back to you, there is a family of raccoons living in a tree in my backyard, and I’ve had creepy experiences in the area. I would not reccomend this complex to anyone especially if you are living alone or with children.
