Roaches, roaches and more roaches!!!!! Moved in this July in building C. Soon after saw a few roaches in my bathroom. Reported to the office who placed blame on me that I brought them with me as pets upon move-in. They sent an exterminator but did not help a week later. Again, reached out to the office to request a break in lease without any penalty but they declined. Requested an action plan for extermination. NO response. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear from this... property/metropolitan.

Absolute terrible roach problem and they lie to you and tell you it’s being sprayed. Stay far far away from this place.

roaches!!
They had a huge roach problem and did nothing about it. I had to move out after a few months because it got so bad and I sprayed my apartment daily. I talked to a few neighbors and said they’ve had this problem for years
