Lived there for 3 years. I enjoyed it! Just an overall good experience. Responsive management, nice amenities, good location. Will miss living there.

These units aren't cheap, but management really works to make sure you get your money's worth—the amenities are amazing and the staff is really responsive and friendly. Really nice units as well—even the smaller ones are structured to make it feel like they're huge—and the community within the building is more neighborly than you might expect from an apartment building.

I have lived here for 2 years and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. The building is well-maintained and any maintenance requests are responded to almost immediately. The pool was redone right after I moved in - best view in the city for all the fireworks events in the summer.
Also - there is a summer party by the pool and a holiday event in the party room in the first floor. The residents in the building are generally friendly. I love coming home every night to my apartment.

I have lived here for about 22 years and have loved every single minute of it. The building is quiet and very well maintained. The location is incredible. My apartment faces Lake Michigan and the lights of downtown. I hope to live here until God takes me home. :)
