I’ve stayed at the Portico’s for 5 years and I have nothing but great things to say about it. The ground are very well kept, the location is secluded and quite, the other tenants are very kind, and there are amazing amenities. In this aptos u feel like in jail. Manager assistant makes u feel uncomfortable.. questions u all the time. Where u live? Where u r going? She even screams at u if u are far away… few people complain and nothing changed

The management is awful. On a Saturday the gentleman in charge told me he would try have maintenance come on Monday to fix the water leak from my washer as the water continuously pooled on the floor. My 80 year-old father had to come and take a look at it. When my father called the gentleman and told him that it may seep into the apartment underneath mine, the gentleman was very rude to my father and made a huge deal of having to call emergency maintenance to stop the water. Unbelievable. If all... of my stuff wasn't here, I would move immediately. The owner of the building, Katz properties does not seem to be concerned with the management and continues to employ him after numerous complaints. It is no wonder the complex is not at capacity. From two swimming pools (indoor & outdoor) to the on-site beauty shop you would never have to go out side the gates!! The hallways do not look like regular apartment hallways, they are very pretty and welcoming. I am excited about moving into the Porticos and making this my home.
