I don't usually post reviews, but I've lived here for 9 years, and the new management has made a lot of improvements such as new driveways and parking lot, freshly painted hallways, new hallway floor coverings and is kept clean. It is very close to the restaurants, stores, gas stations, businesses, airport and highways. Economy wise, everything has gone up, but the rent is still affordable compared to other apartments within the area. The property manager Sharon is very accommodating and... respectful.

Apartment manager Sharon is rude and likes to harress tenants! All this place cares about is dollar signs. Stay away

Good Place
My personal experience in this place Clean and quiet place, very fast in completing the maintenance request, in many cases Entering the apartment at the same moment or the next morning to complete the maintenance request, the property manager is nice and friendly and always tries to help everyone

Do not move here! AVOID!!! BIG MISTAKE!!!
I am currently a tenant and I am looking to move. New management took over at the end of summer last year and they jacked up the rent twice in one year!! The audacity!! They do not respond to your calls or requests for maintenance for weeks, they do not clean the building the hallway floors outside my door always smell like urine. They pretty much do not care about the tenants and they just see you as a $$$$$$$$ sign. They also rent 1 bedroom apartments to families. I do not doubt they will be... raising the rent soon. Currently looking to move. I've been a tenant for a couple of years now.
