In general nice place. Things that wish were better, first floor is not where you want to live if you don't like elephants walking, toilets flushing and slamming of hall garage doors, wakes you up or jolts you when you are relaxing. Outside bright building lights shine in your bedroom windows so be sure to buy room darkening drapes! Nice safety feature but annoying! No garbage disposals, only one area to take your garbage so have to drive to it, mail is at front of property, so have to drive to... get it and package area is a 10 minute search since they pile them in no certain order in same mail room. There is no sense of community I have heard from multiple people as there is no place to gather and no planned activities though there is a clubhouse. There is a lot of blacktop compared to green space. Not sure if water is softened as you can't get the soap out of your hair or off your skin. Outlets in bathroom was put in by someone who didn't know what they were doing, can't plug in a hair dryer and another cord because they placed them on top of back splash lip and flush with the corner of wall had to buy a special adapter.
And the worst thing is it is just a hop skip and jump from the Jefferson Cty Sheriff Dept Firing range .counted 400 shots in one afternoon, kind of spoiled quiet enjoyment. Retired, sold our house & moved here. Snow removal & lawncare are all taken care of and we love it! Management and maintenance personnel are professional, respectful and prompt when responding to all requests. Appreciate having brand new appliances with no maintenance headaches living here! New construction of the new buildings is fun to watch as well as the wildlife by the pond. Quick access to downtown shopping & dining as well as I94 for commuters. Highly recommended place to live.

We've lived here for a little over a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about the property, the management and the other tenants. It is a new complex so there is still a lot of construction and movement in the area but it is not loud and has no impact on us inside our apartment. The property manager, Zach, is attentive and quick to respond with anything needed. Issues with maintenance (which are few and far between for us) are fixed quickly and professionally.
