I can hear the neighbors talking through the walls and stomping from the ceiling. The kitchen pantry closet is styled as another coat closet without shelving despite there already being two very large ones in the entry way and large walk-in closets in the bedrooms. The plugs and overhead lighting connected to the same lightswitches make plugs unusable if I don’t want the lights on. The ridiculous part is that the lightswitch that controls the plugs for the primary bedroom isnt even in the actual... bedroom but the hallway of the bedroom.
The management team is very pushy when trying to get people to sign the lease. If I hadn't been in a hurry to find a home, I definitely would not sign a lease here. All-in-all, the price of the rent, the place is relatively subpar. They need to cut about $1000 from the total rent to make this apartment seem actually attractive.

Great management and location
The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby shops, dining, and transportation. Management is responsive and easy to work with, and the amenities are well maintained and convenient. Overall, it’s a well-run property in a great area. The only drawback is that the hallways can feel a bit lacking in privacy due to thin walls, which occasionally allows noise to travel. Other than that, it’s been a positive experience.

The best downtown apartment ever!
I have loved this space since I moved in. Everyone is BEYOND friendly, the events are amazing and the building itself is beautiful. Leasing staff makes living here a breeze. I would choose this place again and again and again. Go Nova!
