This place is awesome. I’d give it 6 stars if I could, but it gets 4/5 because I don’t have a key. Using an app to get into my home is annoying but it’s easy to overlook when living in a cool place like this.

Nova's location is great, an easy walk to the Third Ward, Brady St, or the riverwalk. The amenities are awesome, especially the coffee machine :) Whenever there are issues, the office staff is very helpful!

The apartment is great, so far everything is working. The staff is really nice and helpful. I love the coffee machine on the first floor. The hallway and some common areas keep the heat from the outside, so it's kind of stuffy.
