Nova employee was very helpful in the decision making process. From all the properties that we have toured and amenities available are some of the best in the surrounding error. Also the upkeep and cleanliness throughout the property was very accommodating. Also welcome that the apartment helps the residents be involved with Milwaukee events while hosting monthly events for the residents to enjoy. I am looking forward to moving in to my new place.

Such an amazing building to live in—I’ve had a really great experience here. The amenities are top-tier and make everyday living so much more convenient and enjoyable. The views are beautiful and really add to the overall atmosphere of the space. Everyone in the building is friendly and welcoming, which makes it feel like a true community. I also love that management puts in the effort to host monthly activities—it’s a great way to meet neighbors and feel more connected. I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment community. The amenities are great, everything is clean, modern, and well-maintained, from the fitness center to the common areas. It really feels like the management puts effort into creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment for residents.
The staff are consistently friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled quickly and professionally, and the office team is always approachable... and willing to assist with any questions or concerns.
Overall, this is a wonderful place to live if you’re looking for a combination of great amenities and a supportive, attentive team. I would definitely recommend it to others.

The building is clean, the staff is nice and kind. The gym and fitness room are clean and well maintained. Neighbors sometimes are loud, but instead general good people.
