As Milwaukee’s rental market heats up, this building is one of the cheaper options. To be fair, it is in a good location in a walkable neighborhood, with easy access to both the Third Ward and Brady street. That being said, the place is falling apart. Expect cracked faucets, kitchen countertops literally crumbling apart, and your mail to be stolen.

Pretty nice for a 1st place
Utilities are included, but the property owners can't seem to keep a building manager for more than a year.
