I felt good about this place from the moment I asked for a tour. Jeanon was amazing at guiding me through the options and the application process. Holly was instrumental in helping me make a decision to move forward with my ultimate choice—which I'm very happy with. And Chase closed the deal with a fantastic post-move follow-up. I've been living at TVR for less than a month and I already feel at home. Great dog-friendly, well-maintained complex in an amazing location. I totally recommend living... here. And based on her comfort level in our new bedroom, so does my four-legged child!

Great place and location!
I’ve lived at Tribeca for 3 years and am going on my 4th. This is the first apartment I’ve lived at where I truly feel at home. The amenities are great as well as the location. Shanna, who is the Leasing Manager is always pleasant to talk to with any questions on things. I am happy to call this place my home ??

Wonderful Apartment
I lived here for a year and I loved it. The landlord Jodi was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to emails, phone calls, and text messages. The buildings were clean and kept in great shape. There were many wonderful amenities: pool, workout space, yoga studio, community rooms in each building, and a grilling area just to name a few. Maintenance was also very quick to respond to maintenance requests. I would recommend this place to young professionals as well as families with and... without pets.
