Property Highlights

Rent INCLUDES heat, water, sewer, lawn care, snow removal and trash services. Residents pay for electric, cable and internet. Rent starts at $850 per month with a signed, 12-month lease. . The security deposit would be the same as first month’s rent. The property has on-site coin operated laundry available. Each unit also has additional storage space in the basement at no extra charge. Property would allow for a small dog less than 25lbs full grown. To have a pet policy form approved, dogs will need to be spayed/neutered, and up to date on all vaccinations. We require that tenants with pets carry renter’s insurance. The pet fee is $50 a month for dogs. This is a smoke free property. There is no smoking inside the units or within 25ft of the building.
